Are there good restaurants locally?
This is Tuscany! The house book has a list of wonderful restaurants or if you do a concierge service the house manager will book them and even take you to them.
Distance to the airport?
Forty minutes drive to Perugia, one and a half hours to Florence, two hours Rome.
Sports?
Our house manager can organise bicycle hire, he even take you white water rafting and a host of other sports if you book in advance.
